Is there a way to get around '/nobroadcast' ???????
Or am I wasting my time ?
I have noticed that when using vaxnotes
Your term is set /nobroadcast.
But sometimes new mail is announced . . .
Is this my imagination ?

VAX Notes does this by associating a mailbox with the terminal and
setting the BRDCSTMBX (broadcast mailbox) characteristic. This causes
the broadcast messages to be written to the mailbox. Setting
/NOBROADCAST keeps them from going to your terminal as well.
