| I'd contact the Cooperative Extension Service - they used to have a
branch in Worcester, but I think they're out of UMASS-Amherst.
I know when I was in 4-H the Cooperative Extension Service was where we
went for Horse Bowl tests, arranged Horse Judging, etc. They
personally drove us to Harrisburg for the National Horse Bowl/Judging
finals.
