my customer is installing on his Alpha with Digital Unix V3.2G (rev 62)
DECnet/Osi V3.2B and Wan Support (X.25) V2.0A, he is intalling these
subset:
CTAANAL201, CTABASE201, DNABASE323, DNADECDNSSRV323, DNADLI323, DNAGATEWAYS323,
DNAMAN323, DNAMOP323, DNANETMAN323, DNANETMANGUI323, DNAPGMR323, DNARFC1006323,
DNAUTIL323, WDABASE201, WDADATALNKS201, WDADRIVERS201, WDAEXAMPLES201, WDAMAN201
XXAACC201, XXAMAN201, ZZAUTIL201,
and we try decnetsetup kernel, we see:

| Hi,
yesterday I had to install DECnet/OSI V3.2B and X.25 V2.0A on two
Alphastations 1000 with DNSES boards and I run exactly in the same
problem with the kernel rebuild after the X.25 software was installed.
After reinstalling DECnet and X.25 several times, playing around with
'netmansetup norebuild' I found the problem.
The line '../opt/DNANETMAN323:DNANETMAN323:970326151709:DEC::' was
missing missing from the /sys/conf/HOSTNAME.list file:
After I modified the file and doing once again a netmansetup norebuild
I could build the new kernel and everytging worked.
