Hello,
I plan on being in the Mass. area on a business trip the week
of Feb 16th-21st. I have 2 seasons of biking and have started
to appreciate the difference in bikes. I'm in the process of
replacing my bicycle. My next purchase will have the 501 or 531
frame , 56-58 cm , Shimano Gearing etc.etc.
My question is ; What would a bicycle like this cost , second hand. ??
Where (shops , ads. ) would be a good place to look. ??
Is it possible to pick up something in good condition for $500.
I also gather that it would cost about $40 to transport back to Europe.
....maybe better off paying the extra 150 pounds (approx ) and buying
here.
BTW , I'm working out of Galway, Ireland.

I'm going to be in Cannes, France next week. Can anyone recommend
a bike shop where I could find some Mavic parts and a new French
stem for my Peugeot PX-10?
(I need a 80mm or so stem, and the triple conversion for a Mavic
crank).
