| Justin,
For the past several years I have exclusively used the Conti Sprinter
sew-up. And, I think it is a very good tire. I will continue to use
them until someone or something changes that experience. The Sprinter
handles great, is very durable, can be pumped up to 150 psi for those
fast rides, and is quality built. The only draw back was they were
difficult to find. That is no longer the case. Many shops now carry
them as do some of the mail order stores. If you were to give them a
try I am sure you would be very pleased.

| I love 'em too. They feel much more resilient than anything I've
ridden except silk, and I had much better luck keeping them rolling.
Front or back, they feel good; I typically ride them at 130-140 psi
and they just keep going. Try one on the rear & see how it holds up
for you.

| I use the Conti Competition GP sew-up tires for TT's as well as
RR's and Crits. I've beat the hell out of them on the nastiest
of New England roads, with never a flat.
They retail for around $100/each, so there shouldn't be problems!
o 170psi max rating ... I use 160 for TT's, 130 for other races.
o 19mm wide.
o I assume you have the specs on all Conti tires from the
brochure; if not I can mail you a brochure ...
Actually I did have one problem with one tire where the rim
strip peeled away from the tire after very little use. I was
removing the tire after about 50 mi use, and the strip came
away from tire along a 8 inch section. My local shop is
calling Continental for a replacement or recommendation for
repair.
Relative to Vittoria CG/CX tubulars, I believe this Conti tire
gives a somewhat harsher ride, but still better than clinchers,
and more flat-resistant than Vittoria (in my opinion).
