300.1"digital Bike Club" T-shirt ?EUCLID::PAULHUSChris @ MLO 8-3/T13 dtn 223-6871Wed May 06 1987 16:438
    	Hmmmm. Not sure of the semantics here, but I'll take a stab
    at this... There is a Digital Bike Club T-Shirt. It has a white
    torso and blue sleeves and design. The large design on the back
    has: [digital logo], a picture of a male and female recreational
    riders (not racers), and "Bike Club" below. On the chest, over the
    heart, there is a bike formed from the letters dec.
        We had a bunch of these made, and there should be some left,
    in care of someone.
300.2There is a racing jerseyCREDIT::FISHERThu May 07 1987 10:325
    I have heard that there is a racing team in Germany with the
    dec logo on their jerseys, offered my eye teeth and my first born
    in exchange for one but so far, no takers.

300.3Only a few remain...ALIBUT::BLOOMEric BloomThu May 07 1987 13:3213
I have the few remaining T-shirts. The following sizes are left:

	2 Childrens large (14-16)
	5 Adult small (34-36)
	5 Adult X-large (46)

I don't know who has the treasury now, so I don't really know how
to collect any money for them. We used to sell them for $5.

Also, the last time I tried to send T-shirts through the interoffice
mail, they never made it. (I'm in Hudson MA.)

    I also sent a T-shirt through interoffice mail, and it never made
    it.

300.5One out of Three?EAGLE1::CAMILLIFri May 08 1987 14:1511
	As I recall, Kathy Norton sent the six T-shirts I ordered through
	inter-office mail (in padded mailers), and they all made it.

	One out of three isn't too good, though. The Post Office does
	better...

	Does DEC have any rules/guidelines about sending "valuables"
	through interoffice mail?

	-LC
300.6there is a rule, but I don't think many know what it isCREDIT::FISHERFri May 08 1987 16:125
    there's a rather loosely applied -- and in my opinion arbitrary
    and capricious -- rule about sending non-business materials through
    interoffice mail.
