Well, since I happen to be dialed in from home again and have my book shelf right next to me, I decided to look up the answer myself! The guess in .1 is pretty close to what I would have picked too, but it not really close. Bentley went under in 1931 and Rolls Royce bought them up and introduced the first 'new' Bentley in 1933. Quite a bit earlier than I would have thought. However, it wasn't until 1952 (or so) that the styles really merged so the only major difference was the grill. So in that case, .1 was pretty close.
