| You could try the weekly paper called Motoring News.
It lists the week's programs that concern "most" types of motorsport.
As I dont have satellite tv, I cannot be certain as to the exactness of the
program times that are listed, but it might be worth a thought.

In the race program from Castle Combe last Monday, it listed the

Look in TV guides for exact times.

Subject: TV: Scandinavian rally/rallycross coverage
To all Scandinavian Rally-freaks:
The 'Swedish/Nordic' sat.channel 'TV4' , will be reporting from the ERCC
rallycross events in Arvika 28th April 1995 and from the SRCC rallycross
finals in Kinnekulle in September 1995. About 50 minutes of reporting
each. (Pro)Rally-SRC 1995 will be covered and avaliable in the 12 minute
breaks at the Swedish Hockey Games, Hockey AND Rally at the same time,
beginning 10-12 February.
Agenda: Kolsva SM-rally, South Swedish Rally, SAPA rally, Haessleholm finals.
Watch out for those TV-guides on 'TV4' next year.
I 'sourced' this info from IB no.24, Dec.8 1994.
Maybe your sat.disc can capture the show if you're close enough / Christer

There was a short clip of Fangio doing a demo with his Ferrari/Lancia
at Monaco (looked like the mid 60s) on Eurosport last night (as a
homage to him as he died on Monday). Some glorious powerslides and
him twirling the huge steering wheel like a fork-lift trucks!
There've been some good programs about cars on Satellite TV recently.
Discovery have been running a series called 'Classic Wheels'. Each
program concentrated on a single car and described its history in some
detail. Some of the cars covered were the Ford GT40, Porsche 911,
Corvette and Jaguar E-Type.
Discovery are also advertising a program called 'Driving Passions' (I
think) for a start in August and it seems to be concentrating (from the
trailers) on supercars and be fronted (or maybe its more of an
editorial interest?) by some bloke from the UK's Autocar & Motor
magazine.
Probably worth a look as an alternative (supplement) to Top Gear.
