627.0. "Driveway - Concrete" by ECAMV6::APPLEGATE () Fri Oct 25 1991 16:39

    Devils night seemed to hit me a little early this year. The li'l
    darlin's set my dead leaf pile on fire and now I have a rather large
    burn mark on my concrete driveway. Is there a cleaner which removes
    soot and ash stains? I tried TSP, but that was worthless.

    Time will probably get rid of it but you're in a hurry Muratic acid
    would probably clean it off.

627.4Re-surfacing a Concrete Driveway?LACV01::BAUMEISTERMon Feb 01 1993 16:2616
    I've searched thru this note file but couldn't find anything about
    resurfacing a concrete driveway. Pls let me know if there is a such
    a note.

    Does anyone know how this is done and what type of product to use?

    The driveway has lots of grease and oil stains and a few rust stains.
    I've tried every kind of de-greaser on the market but nothing seems to
    work.

    Txs in advance for inputs.

    You might want to try muratic acid to clean the concrete. You can pick
    it up at any paint store. It is normal used to clean contrete floors
    before painting. Have used it several times in the garage and driveway
    to clean up oil and grease.
