Legend, a new UPN offering, starring Richard Dean Anderson (formerly known as MacGyver) as the dime novelist creator and sometimes stand-in for Nicodemus Legend, and John de Lancie (formerly known as Q) as, well, the other kind of Q.

I saw that show. Usually Richard Dean Anderson plays a clean cut type of hero like McGyer and this time he plays a guy that likes to chase women, drink, gamble, smoke cigars which he has to hide most of the time when he plays Nicodemus Legend the character he invented in books. Legend is a very clean-cut hero that would never even think of doing anything wrong. I thought it was a fun show especially with all the stunts (kind of like an updated version "The Wild Wild West"). I will probably watch it again. Mo

The first episode wasn't as strong as the pilot; the pace dragged and what was with the voice changes? My favorite part of the pilot was when Legend met with the 'out-of-town talent.' That was a clever bit of writing.

Why do they cancel shows that have only been on a month or so? People don't even get a chance to discover them. B. |
