| I think there's a AbFab marathon on July 24th, and then 1 1/2 hours on
each of the next four evenings. It sounds like they're showing both
the first two seasons, twice over (once in the marathon, and then once
again during the week).

| Ooooooh, wonderful! Lay in a supply of tapes and fire
up the VCR. Any further details (times, for example)
would be welcome. I'm not a regular purchaser of
_TV Guide_, and they don't publish Comedy Central
scheds in the _Boston Globe_. Thanks John!

| I remembered to look in my July guide last night, and it looks as
though the marathon on the 24th starts at 3:00pm, and continues all
night. That's a lot of tapes!

Maybe I'll take Monday off :-).

| I think the first season was only six episodes long (I've got two PAL
tapes, each containing three episodes, and I think the two tapes were
the whole first season). Each episode is 40 or 50 mins long,
presumably more with commercials added. I've not seen any episodes of
the second season.
The Marathon runs from 3pm until at least midnight.

Turns out that's not quite true. The marathon starts at 3:00, and runs
until 11:30, interrupted at around 7:20 for 10 mins (!) of French &
Saunders. Maybe that'll be the original skit that became AbFab. TV
guide has a 2-page article about the series, but it doesn't really say
very much.
Also, before the AbFab marathon, Comedy Central are running all 6 of
the Police Squad! episodes. I guess my VCR will be running
continuously for twelve hours this Sunday.
