Great story! I have a running nightmare that I'll get my first
hole-in-one during a practice round by myself, with no witnesses.
I did have a double-eagle once, which is rarer than a hole-in-one,
but I'd trade it for a hole-in-one.

Saw a short item in the sports section shortly after this saying the
lad in question may have fabricated both holes-in-one. Can't remember
when this was. The story said it was not yet proven however.
Some things are too good to be true!
