install version 2.

    I ftp'd the wan drivers from node oils to arrack:/mnt/x25_v2.0a-SSB,
    currently  arrack:/mnt /mnt is NFS mounted to GETQ. Let me know when
    you want me to install Version 2.0A of the Wan drivers.
