The proposal passes with 12 affirmative votes. I'll advertise the openings in the BB_ROTIS conference. Let me know if you can think of any others. Also, feel free to solicit your friends and let them know what a great league this is. The discussion is still open for how we actually want to handle the expansion draft (if any) and, if we're lucky, we'll be able to include the new owners in that discussion. Steve
