    I posted reply .40 about 6 weeks ago.  I haven't heard from anyone who
    may have tickets out there or someone who might know someone who has
    tickets for this Saturday's matinee vs. Philadelphia.
    
    Bsed on the fact that the Bruins have been the 2nd biggest sports
    disappointment in Boston (behind the Celtics) and are currently
    "riding" a 9 or 10 game winless streak [then, of course, there's the
    whole Adam Oates fiasco), I'm assuming that my 13 year old son and I
    will go to the Fleet about 2-3 hours before game time this Saturday
    and pick up tickets from some poor slob trying to get rid of them for
    less than face value ???
    
    What are our chances ?  Are things that bad that we should be able to
    hold out and get tickets to see the Flyers for less than face value or
    is the "formidability" of the opponent really a factor on whether or
    not we get tickets, regardless of whether the Bruins s*ck or not ??
    
    Any suggestions ?  Where are the good places to muzzle tickets at or
    near the Fleet Center ??
    
    Help would be apprciated --- it would make a 13 year old hockey fan
    very happy !!

I think the chances of your scoring Philly tix outside the arena
before the game would be very good... hopefully for less than face.
A friend of mine always gets tix this way, without failure.  Last game
we went to, about a year ago vs the Panthers, we scored $125 club seats
for $50 each.  Seemed like there were plenty of tickets to be had.

As for where to try, across old garden on causeway street, any of
the side streets heading towards Commonwealth Brewery/Haymarket.

The Box office might also have tix from will-call no-shows.

    I have two tickets for tomorrow afternoon's bruins/flyers matinee
    for sale for the face value season ticket price of $60/ticket.
    The seats are in SEC 20, ROW 7, seats 13 and 14 (aisle seats that
    are 7 rows from the ice).

    awesome Ottawa Senators.  Sec 302, row 12.  Pretty high up but
    right on the blue line (the good one).  Make an offer, reasonable
