3044.0. "Phonemail with ALL-IN-1 V3.0" by GUIDUK::LOVBUG::hair () Thu Jul 22 1993 02:24

I have a customer which finally purchased ALL-IN-1. At the time we were
talking to them the Phonemail asset was available, however we all known it
not now. But my question is, does anyone that have a customer which used
phonemail then upgraded to ALL-IN-1 V3.0 and is now using it with V3.0.

If you have such a customer I would like to talk to you about what you had
to do to get Phonemail working with ALL-IN-1 V3.0.

Thanks

I'm working on a project providing services to support Location
Independent Working. These are integrated with ALL-IN-1 and include:

PAM - Phone Access to Mail
A facility to access ALL-IN-1 by phone, have text messages read via
text to speech synthesis and have selected messages faxed to a number
    	given by the user.

    	Integrated Voice Mail
The addition of Voice as a media type within ALL-IN-1. Voice
messages are played back to the users local phone (at a Digital
Office, home, customer site etc) or via PAM.

If you want further details please mail me.

    Roger,

i don't remember seeing PHONEMAIL and the only reference in STARS is an
oblique one to note 1033 in the _v24 conference - so it must be well
dead by now - i'll ask my DPC if he remembers it.

    Hi,

We are using Phonemail internally on our IOSG cluster. We didn't need
to change the source code to get it to run on V3.0. However we did add
    it manually into Customisation management.

    Cheers
