When the ones who sending out the memo or whatever, there is a huge
distribution list and the people receiving them don't want to see the
whole list of users (distribution List - like we do use
@GROUP for "TO:" on VAXmail that the users do not read the distribution
list.) Is there any way we can do on All-In-1 that they will not read
the list of distribution list?

lesson 1: the product name is ALL-IN-1 in uppercase, please read and
heed the gentle reminder you see when you open the conference.
There is a customisation available either as part of the
SYSUSER/SYSTIDY customisations that you see on your MTS system or as an
ASSEt called Display of Distibution Lists - See either
ATLANA::A1-TOOLKIT or CLARID::EOASSETS - that does what you are asking
for.
