When I upgraded from V2.3 to V2.4, there was a 'new features' text file
we were able to send out to the 'masses'. I haven't seen one for this
V3.0 release. Is there one?

This has been answered many times in this notes conference as a search
would have shown and again the CSC could have
told you....
There's no Differences document, but you have OA$LIB:USER_CHANGES.WPL
OA$LIB:SYSTEM_CHANGES.TXT online.

For those who may be interested, you may pull the USER_CHANGES.WPL and
SYSTEM_CHANGES.WPL from the saveset A1LUS030.D, prior to installing or
upgrading. Place them in either the oa$lib: area or in your directory,
and GOLD GET the document.
This came in handy here, as I've already printed it, and offered it for
reading, so my users may prepare ahead of time for the changes...tho I
don't actually upgrade until tomorrow night.
