Hi,
I have 2 different problems here.
1) My customer has upgraded ALL-IN-1 V2.3 to V3 and when mail is sent
to paper mail addressee, unknown receipient notification is received
from postmaster. Why?
2) How to change the print settings of the Failure Delivery
Notification from postmaster, so that when this message is received
and be printed straight away with the required settings for filing
purposes ? This is in V2.3

Problem 1 is discussed in note 1320 I believe.
I'm not sure I understand problem 2 perhaps you could explain it
a little more.
