A VMS V5.1 Field Advisory was produced by CSSE and
distributed according to SOP. Copies of it are in
ELKTRA""::[PUBLIC]V51_ADVISORY_FINAL.LN03, .PS, and .TXT.
A "Support Starter Kit" was also produced and distributed
normally. The material in that kit, and some newer stuff
that didn't make it onto the starter kit, can be
found in ELKTRA""::[PUBLIC.SSK]. An index to the documents
is in file 1READ_ME_FIRST.TXT.
Product-related notes files are often good sources of information
needed for support. DECterm does have its own notes file.
See note 2 in this (decwindows) conference for a list of other
notes files.
The DECwindows Customer Services Team has a notes file
ELKTRA::CST_DECWINDOWS. This is not for product support questions
but has information considered useful for customer services planners
and engineers, such as avaliable training and pointers to other
sources of information.
