    Is there a way to change the default desktop size under Paradox for
    Windows V7?  Since I upgraded from V5, my application always starts
    with a too-small desktop.
    
    V5 used to remember the desktop position and size from one run to the
    next; although V7 has an option to save desktop settings, this doesn't
    seem to have any effect on startup size.
