75.0. "Dusties' on R&R." by DUCK::NASHD (Whatever happened to Capt. Beaky?) Wed Feb 28 1990 11:56

Just a little note to let you all know Dustie's injured her back
doing something she won't reveal. She's back at work in a few weeks
and back in the TA in a few months.

I wonder what she was doing ;-)

    Re .0:

Please wish her a speedy recovery for me....I noticed she didn't
reply to my last reply on talking "RM" so I wondered what her status
    was.

I think we should take this opportunity, however, to quash any rumors that
she injured her back swinging from the chandelier at her local
pub....the truth will probably be out soon in one of those great
    London tabloids anyway! :-)

Get her a modem and a terminal so she can continue to participate
    while recuperating.

We have to know how this happenned and we don't want to wait weeks.

Wish her a speedy recovery from everyone.

Just to put the record straight Dustie did not injure her back.
She is currently recovering from an operation on her foot. She had
a bone broken and then reset.

75.4DUSTIE IS BACK AND RARING TO GO.....PEKING::BECKCTue May 15 1990 19:1620

    Whatcha Chaps and Chapesses,

The Dust is back, and raring to go..

So I hope you will all fill me in, on whats bin happening.

The operation was a success and no it wasn't my back, and it wasn't
caused through swinging on the chandalier. (if only I was that
    energetic).

I haven't had chance to read up on the notes that have been introduced
since I departed many moons ago, but as soon as I have I will start
    getting involved again.

    Its good to be back.

    Whooooosh I'm Gone!!!!

As you know Dustie is back in town. But she's decided to go for a
    commission!

Her first test is in June and at the moment she's working on her
    fitness.

    Good luck.
